Chadwick (Chad Alva) lives with his stepmom Sarah (Taylor), and is surprised that she's dressed to the nines one morning. She informs him that she's going to try for a job offer that will set them up financially, and he won't have to pay her rent anymore. her protective stepson doesn't like the idea, she can easily read him, and she slips past him to the next room.
