Codey Steele is putting off doing his driver's test because there's no real incentive for him to move forward with his life. After all, his stepmom Shay Sights has been basically acting as his personal chauffeur. Shay is tired of being at her stepson's beck,call, so she has decreed that Codey is going to learn to drive, no matter what.
